I booked three nightsthrough you. The hotel was represented as three stars at your website. On arrival we found the motel to be shockingly substandard and left after one night. The problems were: 1. The first room they gave us was in complete disrepair (the mattress was on the floor next to the box spring without linen). 2. The next room was hidden behind a brick stairwell that was barely lit, facing the Hooters restaurant. Being alone with my daughter I did not feel safe and asked to be moved to a better lit part of the hall. 3. The next room had no smoke alarm, only wires sticking out of the ceiling. 4. Also, this motel was described as being within 1/2 mile of Colonial Williamsburg. In fact it was around a mile and a half to two miles. This motel was substandard and in no way close to the way it was represented through your website.
