Make sure you are not booked in for evening meal in carvery restaurant which is also breakfast room - very hot dead air (even in winter) & food 2nd rate. Other than that it has a good location on the quays, easy parking behind hotel & staff are ok.

The bar staff at the Tower Hotel must be the most ignorant staff i've ever had the misfortune to deal with. I will never stay in the tower hotel or any of the hotels owed by the tower hotel group again.

not impressed at all and neither were the people i went with. + rooms clean, good hotel location, had leisure facilities _ rooms very hot, very loud, took ages to get checked in as they were training someone new, very expensive hotel for what if offered.

Hi, My husband and I stayed at the Tower Hotel at the weekend. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely friendly girl who checked us in immediately. The room was quite spacious and bright. I asked for a quiet room and I was given one. The breakfast was very nice and went on til 11 which was great. I would have no hesitations in recommending this hotel. The leisure centre was being refurbished at the time.

The only problem we had with staying in the Tower Hotel was that the a/c or something was very noisy and kept us awake at night and also the ceiling seemed to be creaking.

Enjoyable stay would recommend it brilliant choice for breakfast and most of the staff very friendly except for one girl at reception who said she would drop up our bag and didn't and she was a bit scary. Nice bars and the swimming pool was also good

The leisure centre was being refurbished and not available. This did not cause a major problem and we would certainly use the hotel again. The food was also excellent.

We were on the top floor and had great difficulty sleeping. The hotel has no air conditioning, no fans, no air flow. For the price, being this uncomfortable very disappointing. No window screen.
