Beautiful, stylish hotel in a perfect location - few footsteps to the Old Town and direct neighbourhood to the Presidential Palace. Domestic service is polite and quick however be prepared to queue at the reception - they are sooo slow! Shamelessly hang on the phone while quests are waiting. Also, as for 5 star hotel the lack of slippers, toothpaste, etc. is an embarrassment.

This is a beautiful old-world hotel just a few hundred metres from Warsaw's movingly rebuilt Old Town. The breakfast buffet has absolutely everything imaginable (delicious Eggs Benedict, homemade müsli and yogurt, fresh pineapple, pain-au-chocolat, ... everything). Also, the most interesting people have lived here, such as Edward Grieg and Lenny Kravitz.
