This hotel was good apart from one (major) thing - €60 was stolen from my wallet, which I had left in a bag in my room. Although I had not used the safe, I do feel that valuables should be save in the room. In this case the person needed to open my bag, find my wallet and search through it to find the money. The hotel staff took no action other than apologise when I informed them of the money being taken.

Didn't spend too much time in the hotel as I was only there for the night. The room was excellent although the bathroom was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel...a little on the small side. The mini-bar and room service menu prices were close to outrageous and the bed was far too comfortable for anyone who had to get up early!!

Staff were not very friendly and seem not to care too much about guests. Internet connection in room did not work and the business centre (single pc in reception) also had problems.

Polonia Palace was the best thing about Warsaw! The breakfast was amazing - using any of the amenities in the hotel e.g. hairdresser,was quite expensive. Overall, a fabulous hotel and would definitely reccommend it.

The Hotel reception is beautiful, staff extremely helpful and friendly and the double room we had was excellent standard. Breakfast was an excellent selfservice spread of cooked and cold options. One word about coffee, it was not hot and tasty.
