the location of this hotel is excellent -- Old Town by walk, this is something to value in Warsaw (compare to Westin where everything is a taxi ride away). i would say that location is the best feature of this property. the design is a positive side just as well, almost in league with the 'design hotels concept' -- small cozy lobby, lit-up elevators, plenty of space in the rooms (we were at floor 3). the breakfast is limited in choice, nothing to remember. compared to Le Meridien, not good enough, overall on the level of Intercontinental. the service is weird. i've rated very bad because for 1 night we were told they're overbooked (though we were booking through this site) and we were moved to their other property, Diana Residence. now, that's something to avoid ;), an unispiring sad-looking business hotel they run in Novy Swiat. all in all, Regina's great for Warsaw if you're looking for a small, hassle-free environment with excellent location and good facilities.

Excellent hotel. Well received by staff. Breakfast expensive but good. Ask for the hotel to book airport transfers,well worth it and very reasonable Good location for the sights

This has to be one of the best, if not the best, small hotel we've stayed in. Great location, excellent facilities and a luxurious interior in the old heart of Warsaw.

First time in Warsaw. Beautiful hotel. As I had envisaged. Might even upgrade next time to a balcony. Superb service. Hotel staff, particularly the gentlemen on the ground floor, were extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Short visit leaving us wanting to return. My daughter (16 years) loved the whole atmosphere of the hotel and the surrounding area. It was inspirational for a school project. Fantastic pub close by with zebra print and bright colours. Food in restaurants excellent. Hotel breakfast great. I would advise that a raincoat might be useful. Thoughtful hotel, furnishing clients with umbrellas. Rain did not dampen our enthusiasm for the old town. Have not seen new town. River walk interesting. Would like to check out beach.

This was a brilliant choice - a stylish hotel with a central courtyard dining area, and an inviting front on to the street. You have easy access to Freta street and the old town via cobbled streets lively with visitors. The hotel is beautifully maintained and run, with stylish rooms and decor, lovely bathrooms, very good leisure/exercise facilities, and impeccable staff (who helped us with bookings for train tickets, luggage and taxis etc. ) We thoroughly enjoyed spoiling ourselves at Le Regina.

very friendly staff, perfectly designed hotel, located in Old Town of Warsaw which is a very nice part of the city; pool, sauna & fitness (stepper, bike, weights) available 24 hrs; highly recommended
