clean hotel with helpful staff in a location reasonably close to the center( two stops on the underground). We had a good stay there and would stay there again. Despite the absence of a hot water pot in the room, the hotel was a real positive.

Excellent Hotel, very clean, big and nice. The staff is wonderful, they speak multiple languages. The breakfast was probably the best hotel continental I have ever had and it was included. It is a little out of the main circle of Vienne but it is right next to the subway, easy to find and in a very safe neighborhood. If you are going to Vienne, stay here!

Location of the Hotel is very close to the train station. Made it very easy to walk to the hotel and walk back from the hotel to the train. The area around the train station was a little "rough" but we had no disturbing experiences. Finding the hotel was a bit confusing but with help from the people we met it was not difficult to find. An excellent hotel! Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this clean, spacious property. The staff were very helpful. The room and bathroom were spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was the usual European hotel breakfast. One thing to note is only the superior rooms have air conditioning and it was just by chance that I realised that when booking. Hotel was situated near the train station on a dark street. However, it felt safe walking at night. The city has such a good transport system that it doesn't matter if you are not situated in the centre of the city. Within minutes, you are in the heart of Vienna. Vienna is beautiful and we want to revisit. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!

The Wilhelmshof was a great hotel for us! We also stayed at another Vienna hotel inside the Ringstrasse that was "closer to the action". But much preferred the Wilhelmshof. It was close to all major transportation options, good room for the value, internet PCs available in the lobby. But above all was REALLY quiet. Well worth a couple minutes more on the train or subway to get more reasonable prices and a good night's sleep!

Nice hotel to sightseeing Vienna, very close to the world famous wheel and only a few steps away from the center. Very quiet and clean hotel, enjoy the breakfast as much as you can!

I was recommended by a lady at the hotel counter to park my car in front of the hotel because it was free ... yes free! but only on the National Day, October 26. The next day I was fined, 21 EUR. So use the car park of the hotel or park somewhere else.
