The location is the best to visit Vienna. The service is great. The room is clean and confortable, very quiet also. The breakfast is only acceptable.

The staff and/or owner/manager was not as warm and inviting as I experienced in Munich,Germany. And, I felt the owner/manager was put out by my arriving a day late due to my being bumped off my original departure flight, which was no fault of mine. The manager charged me for a days stay I didn't get to enjoy.

Lovely big and comfortable room in excellent location - easy walking distance of the Inner Ring and its sights. Trams and underground very close by. Good restaurants/bars in university area. Breakfast the classic continental with meats and cheese.
