Great location! Large room for Europe! Very clean, too. Breakfast was great. The woman who worked the front desk at night was not so friendly! The room was hot and stuffy, so I requested a fan and that really helped. Overall, great value for the money. I'd stay there again...

Best location you can ever whish for when visiting Vienna. Hotel was very nice,clean and charming. As we came very late,late in the evening, we assume it was a nicht receptionist at duty, The welcome could have been far better!!

Short city break with partner. Museums and parks of Vienna are very good. Plenty of places for coffee or tea & cake. The transport system is good, so explore the whole of Vienna not just around the hotel

We had a fabulous time. The hotel was quiet and very comfortable and walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The staff was very helpful with food recommendations & reservations, and knowing the hours of different sites abling us to plan your time more efficiently.

Hotel location is excellent. Room was clean and nice. The only problems we had during our entire stay was that the shower did not drain properly and there was construction going on in the building across the street that started bright and early every morning around 6 AM. I would stay there again, the people were great about helping with tours, subway and anything else you needed. They spoke English very well. After speaking with other people on our tours and seeing where they stayed and the price they paid we absolutely got the best deal. The breakfast daily was very good. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to travel to Vienna.

The location of this Hotel is just perfect. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and competent.All this made our stay in Vienna a very good experience.

I Love the rooms, simple but charming. Breakfast was great, I enjoyed the spread very much! Receptionist were less than friendly but the people in the breakfast room made up for it. I stayed for 6 nights and by the third morning, the breakfast lady was able to anticipate my choice for warm beverage. Location can't be any better!

The location couldn't be better - close to everything but in a quiet street. Not frilly, but very clean, very comfortable and peaceful. An excellent breakfast. As I am rather afraid of heights I did find the walkway around the courtyard on the fourth floor rather daunting but it didn't detract from my stay. I'm sorry I couldn't stay longer and would very happily stay here again.

The location, breakfast and the staff were all excellent. There is only one real downside I can think of, which is that smoking is allowed in the public areas.

With only three days in Vienna, it was great to be in such an ideal location. Two blocks to the Spanish Riding School, a couple blocks from the underground, a short ten minute walk to the opera. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Free access to e-mail was nice. The room was very comfortable, though a bit noisy late at night and early in the morning due to some noisy businesses in the neighborhood. But, if we ever get back to Vienna again, we'd stay there again.
