A smallish almost quaint hotel a short walk to old city. Well finished comfortable room if a little odd shaped. Couteous, friendly staff. Lots of nice little touches.

Very good price-performance ratio. Room size excellent, comfort level good for a 3 star hotel, staff very friendly, breakfast good. Only negative point: plumbing needs major overhaul (room 537). Overall: would choose again.

the rooms in the front of the hotel are very, very noisy.... the windows don´t help, sincve it´s not double glass....

Best value for the price. Great location near major attractions & interests. We were told by taxi driver that Papageno is not in the tourist side of the Ring in Vienna downtown. We'll recommend it to others. Down side: Hotel does not provide wash cloth. Sometimes no shampoo. Can hear plumbing running.
