As can be seen by my ratings, very pleased so anything I say here is only minor. It was a shame the roof bar/restaurant didn't offer more options for enjoying the wonderful view than just perching at a bar. having to pay for internet use at six euros an hour was also not ideal so I gave that a miss. But over all my ratings tell the story. Very pleased.

The facilities of the room was not as expected from a4star hotel.for example, there was not any facial tissue in the room and also many other thing.But the personal of the hotel was very friendly and kind to hotel guests.

The breakfast and the situation were very good. Rooms was clean but we have to ask more toalett paper and shampoo. The cleaners didn't bring those automatically. I supposed that in the rooms would have been shampoo, conditioner and bath salt because the hotel have four stars.

Excellent location, one of the main shopping (pedestrian) streets, Kärtner Strasse is just around the corner. Spacious facilities, a little bit worn out but apparently undergoing a renovation. Price performance rate is good.

This property was ideal for our requirements in terms of location. Right on St Steepans Square. Unfortunately the room was small and the shower cubicle could have been better for a 4 star hotel. The toilet cistern ran continuously. Breakfast was very good and staff helpful and courteous.

Very helpful and friendly and a truly superb location. Bedrooms on the small side and high quality bathrooms now dated. Restaurant staff need training in dealing with special diets.

I stayed here a couple of weeks ago. It is undergoing refurbishment, and only the top 2 or 3 floors are done, so the lower floors (1 - 4) are still untouched. I saw rooms in both categories and the old ones are dingy and tired compared to the fresh, newly-redecorated ones on the top floors. Make sure to get one of the good ones.

The furniture in my room was not appropriate for a hotel bedroom and ugly. There were heavy gilt mirrors in the room but not near an electric socket or a chair. The airconditioning unit was faulty and too noisy to use. I asked to borrow an iron and was told this was forbidden and that the laundry staff usually did any ironing but not at weekends! I had to iron my blouse in the hotel lobby with the other guest passing by. The staff were friendly.
