This was our first time in Vienna with our car so I was a little anxious about finding the hotel, unloading and parking and what would it be like inside? We found the the hotel without difficulty and although it is conveniently situated in a busy shopping area we were able to unload without difficulty. Parking is free on the weekends but the multistorey charges Euros 20 per 24 hours during the week - this is less than I have paid elsewhere. The grandeur of the entrance hall and reception area was a pleasure to admire and the room was also very suitable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Because of the location we were able to walk to the shops, the restaurants and the main buildings in the centre. The only fault was the excessive heat in the breakfast room!

1st night put into cramped room with unsatisfactory shower facilities - not working properly and dirty. Asked for change the following day and immediatley assisted. Service was excellent and very friendly.

Perfect location. Very nice foyer. Bedrooms recently renovated. Staff very friendly and attentive but room service not available. Hotel bar closes early. Hot / cold buffet breakfast is very decent.

Hotel excellent overall, Staff very helpful. Next time would prefer room at front of hotel due to noise from early morning buses.
