This Hotel is situated in the great location, very close to the main attractions, just a few steps from the undeground line and working distance from everything. Nice staff, good breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms.

My wife and I spent 3 nights and it was an excellent experience. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The location was great, on a side street next to the main pedestrian walk way. Breakfast came with the price and was excellent. The front desk was very knowledgeable, helpful and action focused. We highly recommend this property

We stayed in the Hotel Kaiserin Elizabeth for five nights and were most impressed with every aspect of it. The staff at reception could not have been more helpful. There was a tray with a kettle and tea and coffee and this was most welcome. Our beds were very good with excellent quality duvets and the bedding was changed after three nights.

I stayed in Vienna for a week. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The hotel staffs are very kind and polite. Breakfast is very rich for me. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and Vienna very much. I hope I will be going to stay at this hotel if next visit to Vienna is possible.

The hotel was undergoing a restoration,.. and made every effort for us to be comfortable and all of the necessary services were available. the location is excellent and transportation to and from the airport was very simple.... a great value and very accomodating..

On the first morning, I received a nasty electric shock from one of the sockets in the room. I had to sit down on the bed for a while after it happened. I had just been plugging in a standard international adapter. The socket exploded and blackened the wall in the process. I subsequently used the adaptor in another socket with the advice of a hotel caretaker without any problem - so there was nothing wrong with the adaptor. The hotel staff didn't even ask if I was OK or if I wasnted to see a doctor. I could have been electrocuted. They still charged me the full bill. The hotel was undergoing renovations while I was staying there. Aside from this, the staff were friendly generally and assuming they solve their electrical problems I would probably stay at this hotel again.

Superb location with very helpful staff. Very nice, spacious single room with comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of breads, meats, fresh fruit, and some hot foods. Excellent value for being so close to Stephansdom and U-bahn. Will definitely return.

I stopped over on my way back to Australia from 12 weeks in Russia - all the communicatons and service were excellent - the breakfast, room and facilitys were good - the location near to St. Stephens turned out to be very good and central for a short tourist stay. Good seating to a Mozart opera was arranged promptly. My baggage stored securely for a midnight departure and transport right 'on he button'.
