Late in reporting on the stay in May,06 - Hotel Atlantis in very convenient location for train station and Metro, but watch out for pick pockets in the Metro stations. Hotel is connected to shopping mall with shops and food concessions. Pricing not bad. Neighborhood O.K.

This hotel is OK in terms of location but it is NOT central, you must walk 20 minutes to be in the centre, and the hotel itself is in a dodgy area. The staff were unhelpful and the breakfast room was the worst run out of every hotel I have been to, and I have to a LOT of hotels in many countries which provide breakfast. You will struggle to find a clean table and service in the peak times.

No internet cable connections for notebook. Very near to subway station. No telephone in toilet. door to be locked by a conventional key instead of by a computer card. Breakfast starts too late at 7.00 am. A King size bed is in fact made by combining two single beds.

One day we left room 10am and came back 4pm.Room was not cleaned up.I told reception that we should leave 5.45pm and expekted the room to be cleaned up.We came back 11pm and still not cleaned up.I wrot a letter to director and she answered that ue to fully bookings they prioritized departing rooms.The cleaners then only worked until 5.30pm and left. I think a 4 star hotel manager have to see to that they have enough people when they are fully booked.

Very nice hotel with a very nice, clean room with very helpful employees. Very close to the west train station and right next door to a mall with groceries, stores, food, etc. Also very close to public transportation. The hotel had internet computer in the lobby but it did not work on some sites (such as Yahoo mail). Quite a bit of street noise but understandable considering the location. The only disappointment is the neighborhood. We walked from the train station to the hotel by numerous sex shops and this is not a neighborhood I'd feel safe walking around at night. I don't want to put down this excellent hotel though. It seemed the best thing in the neighborhood and a bit out of place.

The service is patient and excellent, with free internet access in the hall. Very convenient transportation, about 5 minutes walk from Bus, underground, railway station and even the airline bus.

The staff were most helpful and had good English. The room we stayed in was no.218(as far as I recall) and was not 4 Star Accommodation. I was disappointed with our room and would have expected 3 star to be just as good. Breakfast was very wholesome and very enjoyable.

A/C wasn't adequate ... the room was like an oven and it wasn't until early AM that it finally cooled down. No fans available. Neighborhood is undesirable.
