Our check out time was prior to breakfast, but the staff packed us food, which we collected on departure. Much appreciated. Sheets/blankets would have been preferred over Doonas.

This hotel is an average 3 star hotel but its location is great. It is a quick 5 minute walk to the parliament, city hall, and hofburg. It is ideal for tourists.

Very convenient situation for moving around Vienna, good value and service, 3 of us all lads shared a triple room, we came over from England to watch the England v Austria football game, will definately be using the Alpha during the European championships next summer, the Hotel is convenient for the Rathus underground station at the end of the road.

An excellent hotel in a quiet street very near the Rathaus. It is convenient for trams and underground. The breakfasts could not be beaten! We went for the Christmas Markets in Vienna. The Rathaus had by far the best and it was only just round the corner.

Wonderful hotel. Delicious breakfast. We had a non smoking room but cigarette smoke was obvious from adjacent rooms. This would probably be my only complaint.

This hotel is in the Rathaus area of vienna. In a short distance from underground in one direction and trams and buses in the other. It is a short walking distance from the Museaum area and the Austrian Parliment and hofsburg Opera house.You can purchase Vienna Pass in the Hotel for 16.80 Euro and this can be used on all buses trams and underground trains in City for 72 Hours and can also give discounts on production for many of the cities buildings.I would stay there again anytime. The restuaruant provides only breakfast but has many bars and restaurants in rhe area.

The hotel had only booked us in for 3 nights instead of the 4 nights we had paid for; fortunately we decided to confirm the booking by phone the previous day and this problem was sorted out before our arrival. We were all very pleased with the hotel

The hotel was recently renovated, clean and the staff very friendly. However, website had not forwarded the reservation. Only by sheer luck the hotel had still a room for us. The staff gathered all required information form website to accept our voucher. I will never again use website to reserve anything!
