BEING A FREQUENT GUEST OF VIENNA HILTON PLAZA, ON MY THIS RECENT VISIT; I FELT AS IF, AFTER OPENING OF THE NEW HILTON HOTEL IN VIENNA; THE PLAZA HAD BEEN NEGLECTED. RENEWATION OF [SOME] ROOMS ARE IN ORDER. SERVISE, ON THE OTHER HAND, IS GOOD AND FRIENDLY.

Very spacious room and excellent location. However, the hotel has NO access to high speed internet! The day concierge was not pleasant and is only interested in bookings for tours, etc.
