Simply one of the best hotels I have ever been. Centrally located (just two minutes from the train station and five minutes from city centre), excellent service, clean rooms and plenty of breakfast. Very friendly staff always there to help with everything. The hotel has free internet connection and sauna and gym are always available to the customers.

We thought the hotel was in a very convenient location and was great value for money. The breakfasts were superb and the staff attentive and helpful. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a bed in Vienna.

The Kaiserhof is a superb newly furnished hotel with very comfortable rooms in a quiet location. Everything is immaculate. On arrival you are given a personal tour of the facilities. This hotel is owned by an enterprising woman and has nice touches such as a supply of many items available for those who forgot to bring something such as glasses, toiletries etc. A short walk to the Opera house and Kartner Strasse. You could feel very much at home in this hotel.

We found this hotel to be a very friendly with helpful hotel staff who advised us on nearby resteraunts which were all very good choices and this made our weeks stay most enjoyable. We would highly recommend it to our friends on a visit to Vienna.

We had a terrific stay at this hotel. The continental beakfast is basically a full breakfast and more. The room was always neat and clean. The staff were extremely pleasant and the location was easy to get to. What more do you want?

I stayed on the bottom floor to the back yard(no 12).The view from the window was a wall 2 meters away. When the window was open there was a big ventilation motor in the yard - quite noicy. I choose a non -smokers room. Always choose the best rooms in the hotel for non smokers -- this as a reward for the non smokers (you do not have to repaint/clean or renovate as often). My room was one of the least attractive. A great hotel but a low quality room. The personnel at the hotel was superior.
