Right on the edge of the old city. Very convenient to walk (under 5 minutes) to the old city. Staff extremely helpful for restaurants, reservations and suggestions. Will stay here again on my next visit. I traveled alone and felt completely safe even walking late in the evening.

The hotel was as advertised. It was within walking distance of the major sights in downtown, from museums to restaurants. It is a quick two blocks to the metro station, although first time visitors will find it a little hard to find. The people were nice and the breakfast pleasant.

Our double room was spacious and well appointed. The common lounge area was also large and had free internet with computer facility. Also we liked the size and the setting up of the breakfast room. Staff were very helpful as well.

Hotel is very close to public transportation and to St. Stephen's Cathedral. We were on vacation in Vienna. The hotel is a very fine place to begin a good walk.

Charming hotel in very good location.Only drawback is lack of airconditioning - it was hot during our stay, so we had to keep the windows open overnight, and although the room we had was normally very quiet, with everybody else's windows open at night we heard considerable noise from other guests' radios and TVs. No karaoke from next door while we were there!
