Really enjoyed it. Room was ok but a bit dated. Wasnt told that they had a shuttle bus going into verona on the hour every hour so spent a fortune on cabs until we were told. Very plite staff though

Room was unbearably hot and the air conditioner did not work. Quite a bit out of the way to the city, require to catch a bus into the city, however this is kindly provided by the hotel- however their timetable limit freedom.

The location is a challenge if you travel with public transport only. The shuttlebus-service is OK, if you know about it. Perhaps the hotel could be more clever to tell about this service.

Hotel is located in an industrial area - no pleasant views! Coffee making facilities would be useful, hotel was not able to provide coffee in late evening. It is a 4 star hotel!!

This hotel is too far out from Verona, gives a very poor breakfast and we were overcharged far too much by the booking company. The rooms are very small and sparse and I consider we lost a lot of money on the internet booking.
