We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Saturnia. The hotel's location was superb, only a few minutes walk away from St Marks Square. The hotel was beautiful and kept spotlessly clean. The staff were attentive and spoke excellent English and were always on hand to give advice. We didn't eat in the hotel apart from at breakfast but that was provided in the garden room which was an absolutely wonderful start to the day. All in all a fabulous hotel in a wonderful location.

Good location near the San Marco. The room was comfortably spacious and clean, the staffs were reasonable friendly. But I think the cost performance is not great, probably just like other hotels in island Venice.

Room a bit disappointing for the price - quite small and plain. My daughter and family also stayed at the hotel in a family room which was nice and large if a bit dowdy -they were very troubled by gnats and they have come home covered in bites! Breakfast was really excellent.

The hotel is sited in an excellent situation, 5 mins walk from St Mark's. The concierge was extremely helpful. The only downside to the hotel was the restaurant we had a good meal at an inflated price, but the wine was excellent. There are plenty of restaurants a short walk away who will provide just as good a mealfor less. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay at the Saturnia and will happily return there on our next visit to Venice.

we had a great stay at the Saturnia Hotel Venice, it is in a central location, staff are very friendly, food is great, rooms are a bit of a shock when you first enter Gothic style, remember to take string of garlic to keep Dracula away. Would definatley go back.
