Worth knowing that you can ask for tea/coffee making facilities for free. Also it is very difficult to get a drink after 9.30pm,although your room has a mini bar.Even so people are walking about all hours,church bells still ring at midnight.Ear muffs might be needed? Staff all understand at least a minimum of English and are very helpful.

Great position, excellent facilities, clean and welcoming. The breakfast was fabulous and we will definitely return to this hotel on our next trip to Venice.

Given the price paid we would have expected friendly and personalised service from the staff. The staff remained aloof during a one week visit (except one Asian woman in the breakfast room). Not once was my name used and all the Italian staff were offhand. The waiter in the bar area was outright rude and aggressive. If you do not mind ignoring the staff while they ignore you, then this is a great location.
