The location was excellent but the staff were not helpfull when we arrived very late in the evening. The remainder of the staff we encountered were good. The breakfast was sparse but the rooms were nice.

excellent location. great if only using it as a base. bed a bit old and worn and breakfast not worth the hassle. i had a no facilities room, ie no on suite but the bathrooms were spotless and loads of hot water. friendly staff

Pensione Seguso is an old fashioned, clean and nice Venetian pension with an excellant location in the heart of Venice. It is easy to get there from various places by the official "vaporetto" ferries. The Pensione Seguso has rooms with or without bathrooms and toilets. To get the right kind of room you have to indicate your choice when ordering. Quality versus price is rather low but due only to the high price level in Venice in general.

location just right, away from crowds, near water bus stop with a view to die for. Beautifuuly furnished and decorated. beds were not comfortable and mosquitoes in rooms. would have liked internet access and more choice at breakfast. dinners were tasty, reasonable price, well presented.

This pensione is even better than it looks in the pictures. It's absolutely charming. We had room #37 overlooking a canal and it was magical. The bathroom was Euro style but there was one right next door to our room and there are many bathrooms so no one but us used ours while we were there. The dining air and parlor are both lovely as well. The rooms have a quaint lived in feel that we loved and there were antiques everywhere. Very beautiful and comfortable at the same time. The restaurant just down the canal was fantastic.

Pensione Seguso is a charming, family-run, small hotel/pensione. It's not sophisticated, but it's clean, quiet, well-located, friendly and individual. I would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic view from Canal side rooms but can be noisy from boat traffic. No air conditioning, very old plain rooms. Breakfast consisted of coffee and rolls. Great location though.

Booked double room got twin bed room with no bathroom facilities I would not book a room with shared bathrooms was very disapointed asked for upgrade but was told our agency had only booked what we got you should tell people when booking what they are actually getting. I would use this hotel again but would book direct
