Very good value for money in Venice. Clean, nice rooms. Comfortable and easy-to-find (this is important in Venice!) location if you come from car park or railway station and still relatively near city center sights.

Cracking little hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance from Piazzale Roma bus station and everything virtually within 15 minutes walking distance.

Make sure you get the room you have paid for. As they are always full book early. Location excellent.

The bathroom was 'somewhat' small, but it is typical of Italian hotels, from this era. This was more than made up by the friendliness of the staff. the only other downside is that there is no elevator. You have to carry your bag up the stairs, which my be one or two flights. It is in a great location, and is quite near the 'water bus'- bus stop. All in all a good hotel for the price.

Room was very small but just adequate for two nights. The location was surprisingly quiet despie being on a busy walkway.

A nice hotel run by helpful friendly people. Breakfast a little basic but adequate. Rooms small but arent they all in venice? Air-con in rooms a god send. Hotel is easy to find if you get hold of map off official hotel website before travel. 2-3mins walk from S.Toma boat stop, 10mins walk from Rialto bridge.
