The Locandi Vivaldi Hotel is a magnificent 4-star establishment that was once the home of the composer Antonio Vivalidi. The hotel features an unforgettable view over St Mark’s Basin, and is the perfect combination of old architecture and modern comfort against a background of luxury. The staff is there to make sure you enjoy a perfect stay.
The 27 rooms have been carefully decorated to create a feeling of luxury and refinement. Each one is equipped with satellite television and air-conditioning. High-speed Internet is also available as well as a fully-equipped conference room. Breakfast is served in the breakfast hall or out on the hotel bar terrace, where you can admire the breath-taking view of Venice.

Overall clean and nice property. Excellent and central position, one of the best in Venice. Staff helpful and courteous. We have been very happy with this choice and would come again in the future. Hotel stay did meet our expected standard.

Thae shower was very small but not uncommon in europe. The staff was a bit unwelcoming for the two days I was there but not to the point that they were rude. I just expected them to be a bit more friendly. Overall the hotel is in a great location and I would stay there again if I was ever in Venice.

We were recommended to the Vivaldi by friends and it was certainly worth the extra for a lagoon-side view. The hotel was particularly helpful in allowing us to leave our bags after checking out, as we had an evening flight. Charming reception and breakfast staff!
