1. The hotel is kind of difficult to find out not only because located on a quiet alley but also because in this area another alley is named the same. 2. The old-fashion-style hotel is quite clean but its some facilities should be improved. For example, it wood floor is a little broken and the heating system of our room, no. 6, is truly weak. As others mentioned, no TV, phone, kettle, minibar in the room. 3. Quite far away from train or bus station. If you walk through many bridges with luggages instead of taking a water bus, you will feel exhausted, especially when checking-in and seeing its long stairs. 4. Staff at its front desk are polite but not passionate at all as well as not very helpful. No tourist information or maps, no electricity adapter, no hot water to offer. 5. Check-out time is 10:30. When at 10:40 we are still in the room, cleaning staff knocked our door and said with unpleasantness,'Dont you know you have to leave before 10:30?'. So impressive !

Reasonably priced B&B. No lift - if you're on the second floor, stairs are very steep and hazardous with luggage.
