Not the easiest place to find but are there any hotels easy to locate in Venice? Very happy with the Hotel. The breakfast area was a little cramped, but good eats anyway. All in all I would stay there again!!!!!

We enjoyed very much and the location was superb...quiet and minutes from La Fenice...some good restaurants close by. The only quibble was that the Kette were unable to serve us coffees etc during the afternoon.The lounges were comfortable and newspapers were available.Breakfast were good.

Excellent hotel. In a perfect location very central to St Marks Square. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Breakfast is a cold buffet style where you can eat as much as you like. Room fairly small but extreamly clean and comfortable. The hotel allow you to keep your luggage securely stored after you have checked out until whenever you want to leave. Definatly reccomended!

The room was small and there was a constant noise of machinery operating in the background which disturbed sleep throughout the night. The Hotel bar was closed on one of the nights we were there

The hotel had a problem because we did not have a copy of the voucher from Hotel Club. It was not apparent in any of the communications that we needed to have this. You should make it very clear in email or other communications to customers that they need to print out the reservation voucher and have it on check in.

A most pleasant hotel, ideally located for easy access to all parts of the city. The staff was friendly and the rooms were tastefully decorated and appointed in Venetian style.

This hotel is situated very close to Piazza San Marco and is close to all amenities. We had a nice room and the staff were very friendly. Having the breakfast included was agreeable however restaurant space was a little limited at certain times in the morning. All in all an enjoyable stay to a unique city.

The location of this hotel is terrific-- easy access from the water bus, close to all activities in San Marco, yet one or two blocks removed from the heavy tourist shuffle. The hotel is clean and well appointed, and the operation is quite efficient. The only drawback was the courtesy and welcoming nature of the front desk staff: they almost seemed put out that we were staying at their hotel because of arrangements made through Hotel Club.

a very very quiet place, perfect for a good sleep as there is at night no noise at all, inside or outsight the hotel (both very uncommon in an Italian city!) breakfast is o.k. service at breakfast is very good there are not more facilities then that, the bar is poor (it's in the breakfast room and not very coosy)

The Hotel was wonderfully situated, a nice quite alley off a canal, but pretty close to the main sites, the Rialto Bridge and market area, St. Marks and the valperetto to tour the city and islands. I'd especially recommend an early morning trip from the hotel to the Rialto market to have a 'macchiato coffee while drinking in the colour and atmosphere. The staff were very freindly and helpful and I'd recommend it to others without reservation.

Simple small room, very clean with great bathroom. Beauty of Kette hotel was it's location. Close enough to San Marco square and in a very quiet street.
