Staff very friendly & helpful. Location is by docking for the larger boats & parties of visitors, so can be a bit noisey at times. Overall, very satisfied with our stay.

The location is excellent. The hotel is just five minutes walk from St. Marks Square, and is surrounded by some excellent restaurants. It is located on the seafront with one of the waterbus stops practically at the front door. We found the hotel expensive but very good. The breakfasts were good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and overall we would probably stay here again.

The management was very understanding, as we didn't get our luggage and assisted in calling many time to help find it. We thoughly enjoyed our visit the staff were very helpful and the family who have owned the hotlel for more than one hundred years were on site and were very gracious, we would definitley stary again.
