Brilliant location, great cold buffet breakfast. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, but they did make an error with our booking and the room was made up as a double (we'd booked a twin). They offered us another room that wasn't as nice as the double one so they split the beds in the nice room to make two singles instead, which was no problem. We'd requested a non-smoking and the room smelt of smoke. Take your ear plugs though if you're a light sleeper as it is near to the bell tower. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only major criticism I have of the hotel is that the air conditioning wasn't working. This was the case in our room and also our friends’ room as well. When we reported the problem to reception, we were told that the air conditioning system was faulty. But we were left with the impression that in fact it just wasn't turned on until later in the year. Disappointing and no alternatives were offered (fan etc.). Apart from that the location was fantastic, the rooms were clean and well equipped and the staff were friendly and polite.

The staff was extremely cordial and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay. Next time, we will stay longer. Our rooftop patio was fantastic. We bought wine, sandwiches and cheese and spent the afternoon enjoying the view of St Mark's Square.

Had a wonderful time at the Concordia during our stay in Venice. Being located so close to St Marks Square made our honeymoon in Venice just that little bit more special. The food in the hotel was exquisite.

Very nice hotel. A little hard to find using the directions provided. Staff for the most part was friendly and helpful. Doorman was great. Complementary breakfast was very good. Location, right on the edge of San Marco square was excellent. We left the window on our room open and we could hear the orchestras playing in the square. Room was well furnished and clean. Note: you have to climb stairs to get into hotel. I would stay at this hotel again.

We enjoyed our stay. Free welcome drink. We recommend to take advantage of the free boat-ride to Murano, witch is exiting. And you don't need to buy the glass. Lovely hotel, excellent size room and bath. Very new. Great location IF you want to be on the St. Marks Square. Church bells will drive you crazy. Staff was nice, but not the greatest. Just nice. Bellhop was pushy and wanted more tip. I definitely would stay here again, but this was my 2nd and last trip to Venice. It is a wonderful place, but so is all of Italy!! Go to Murano but DO NOT BUY ANYTHING there. We did buy---after much investigation and soul searching- a lovely Murano chandelier which was expensive--- and tried to compare it to the same style on Murano, but was much cheaper in Venice itself. take the #82 ACTV boat from the train station to St. Marks, it is funm, fast and cheap and you get a wonderful view of lots of Venice on the way in. The Mafia controls the gondolas and they are EXPENSIVE.

Great location with view on San Marco. Everything just around the hotel. Fast food restaurants in front of this hotel. You can reach this hotel by taking line 1 ( San Marco stop )

An excellent hotel in a glorious location. Only problem is the Venice problem, small rooms with little space for relaxation after all that walking, however hotel lounge is good.

We were married in Venice, and the staff at the Concordia were exemplary in assisting us with all of our details... recommendations for restaurants, florist, etc. Above that, the hotel was fantastic! The location was most convenient, and romantic to hear the chamber music of Piazza San Marco through our window. The concierge arranged for great day trips to Murano and Burano for our group... we would definitely stay there again.

This was our first stay in Venice. The room was not updated, the bed was hard and not confortable, my fiancee had backaches after, the desk chair was ready to fall apart... I stayed in two other cities, with rooms MUCH better, with comparable pricing.

Excellent location, helpful staff (bartender and front desk staff - bartender was very nice and advised it's cheaper to buy Murano glass in Venice rather than on the Murano Glass tour the hotel offers). Main drawback was the shower which kept flooding the bathroom. Good value for price, would recommend.

Had a wanderful time. Location was perfect for our vacation. Enjoyed the staff thouroughly especially the girl that worked the guest waiting area. She was very delightful and helpful. The hotel room was very nice and clean. Had plenty of room.
