Facility was not bad, but the shape of the room was not so convenient for the use. Location was good to the bus station to Venice. Pricing was very fair. Cleanliness was very good since all the rooms are set as non smoking. But they have also considered the space for the smokers.

Our only complaint is that the location information on the website said it was a stone's throw from the train station in town, so we decided to walk. It was three miles--and no one knew the hotel enough to give us directions so we had to follow the bus line (with its vague listing of our intended street name) on foot--ever hoping to stumble into it. Two hours later...we did.

Over all, the hotel is very good, the access to the main road to busses from the location was a bit of a problem, however, the staff were very helpful and the Venitian people are very helpful, the breakfast was good, a good chinese resturant next to the hotel provided excellent food. The taxi arrangement from hotel for the Airport was very helpful.

Relaxed hotel providing bed and breakfast (no evening meals) close to the bus stop for the 10 minute ride into Venice. The centre of Mestre, with bars and restaurants is a 20 min walk away. Reception staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient with good English. No tea making facilities in the room but the bar is open 24 hours for all refreshments. All in all a good base to explore the region.

The description provided on the internet led us to believe that the hotel was reasonably close to the island. In fact it was a good hour away and with two small children it was not convenient! Also, I booked a junior suite which turned out to be an ordinary room with an extra fold out bed and a portable cot. Not much space for a family of four!

A very clean, modern & friendly hotel - pleasant and comfortable. But beware: it is some distance from the station (not a 'stone's throw' as advertised), in south Mestre. Very convenient if you're driving, but otherwise you will probably need to get there by taxi, around 11 Euros. They don't do food (except a rather limited breakfast), and there's not much in the way of restaurants nearby. Also, it is a *** hotel - not a **** hotel as advertised.

Breakfast was a little disorganised as the food tended to be displayed in small quantities and needed to be replenished frequently.

very nice hotel, but its not actually on venice island. confusing for first time visitors. highly recomended though if mestre is where you want to be.
