no tea facilities no face flannel. we had a rear facing window into a service courtyard full of rubbish. there were no facilities to speak of. It's hard to judge an hotel by website. be careful

On arrival Sun 29th the Hotel did not have our booking on record, despite having paid for booking & rec'd confirmation by email in January. Venice Hotels were fully booked- a BH w/end in Venice- & while Castell did not have our booking they facilited us with a temporary room on our 1st nt and then their best room for the two remaining nights. While the Hotelclub booking 'system' failed us the Castello did their upmost to compensate for our disappointment.
