Great location - very easy to find if arriving in Venice late at night. A noisy neighbour was promptly sorted out after a quick phonecall to reception. Would definitely stay here again.

the hotel was in a very little lane of a mainstreet. it was surpricing silent. the most pleasent surprice was the air condition in the room which was very silent too. i guess the prices in venice are always very high so i think it was resonable priced.

I was travelling with my parents, and we booked for a 2 stars'hotel, and when we arrived there we got 2 rooms in a 3stars'hotel! so We wera very well, and happy !

The staff was very helpful and spoke perfect English and Spanish. I would highly recommend this hotel. I would stay there again. The Grand Canal, Train Station, and Piaza Roma were close by. The hotel is close to the ACTV water taxi. The directions to the hotel were from the train station. It would be nice to have directions from the Bus station for those arriving from Traviso.

Sincerely, we pay a high price, if compared the quality of the services and the installations of the Atlantide Hotel, with that of other existing hotels in the world and of same classification. The man who received us not have no ability to deal with guests. The positive prominence is for account of the localization, for which I suggest the indication, in the map of the site (Web), to disembark in the Station "Ferrovia".

Staff was very friendly. The room was very very small. Not at all what the pictures showed. They had disbaled the heat and A/C so you couldnt use it, and the electric outlets as well. Very small bathroom and shower. The room had a strange odor.

During week-days the price is really good. During weekeends the prices are twice higher. Room was small, a bit noisy refreshment machine was next to our door. But it was clean.

relatively insecure!!! you can't lock the door from the inside, so you sleep at night practically at large... :)

Hotels in Venice are expensive. This hotel is close to the train station for those who arrive by night is ok, probably the dark street where is located is not the nicest one but is a few steps from the main street.
