Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This was a wonderful location as it is right in the center of the city. It would have been helpful to have a map included so we would have been able to locate the hotel easier. Venice can be very confusing to maneurver in the bright of day but at night it is impossible for 1st time travelers to the area.

It would be nice if they provided a kettle and tea ect like other hotels for if you are unable to sleep in the night and need a drink. no information about the hotel in the room. breakfast poor

Extremely well positioned hotel minutes from the Basilica. The wi-fi didn't reach all of the rooms, the breakfast was limited and there were major renovation works going on throughout the day. Otherwise a very average hotel.

We were made very welcome for our one night stay. Very helpful staff who had worked there over 20 years. Would happily recommend and stay there again. Exactly as represented on [your website]. Very close to St Marks Square. In the heart of everything.

just off piazza san marco, so no need to drag your luggage that far from the pier when you get off the alilaguna waterbus from the airport. and 5 min walk to rialto bridge

The location was excellent! Just around the corner from the Piazza San Marco and in an area with many shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Would stay there again and recommend to family and friends.

Location, location, location. Other than that it was a good hotel in terms of cleanliness, facilities, service and pricing. The staff spoke English reasonably well and were helpful. Breakfast was acceptable, the coffee was great.

Very good location, a couple of minutes walk from St Marks square. Plenty of restaurants in the location and within easy walking distance of various sights, Bridge of Sights.

Breakfast facilities and serving staff excellent. Hotel booked a concert for us which was absolutely amateurish and grossly overpriced. The bar prices were exhorbitant compared to other places in Venice.
