Rebuilt in 1925 by famous architect Duilio Torres, the Hotel American Dinesen is a converted Venetian palace ideally located between the Accademia and Peggy Guggenheim Foundation. The residence, built in the 18th century for a rich Venetian merchant, features a refined décor with original antique furniture. Guests can take a complimentary tour of the Murano glassworks and the entrance of the city's casino.
This three-story property offers 30 air-conditioned guestrooms done in a traditional Venetian style with light-proof curtains. Amenities include satellite television, a work desk, direct line phones, high-speed internet, a minibar and safe. A complimentary buffet breakfast is served daily to hotel guests. On-site bar, no restaurant, but lots of places to eat nearby.
