Hotel was very well positioned only 5 min walk from St Mark Sq water bus & gondela stop 1minute away. Quiet in the evenings. Rooms although clean where tiny comapred to photgraphs on Hotel website, continental breakfast was terrible value for money consisted of one cup of coffe and 1 croissant and a small bread roll hardly a substatial meal to start a day of walking. Hotel did not have daytime/evening meals and bar was closed unless you asked at reception for a drink.

Hotel is situated in a very goog location. Room was ok, breakfast was very poor, no fresh bread, no fresh fruits.

A very centrally located hotel within easy walking distance of St Marks Square and the vaporetta stop Giglio. We booked a triple room as three adult women so did not really expect to have just a folding bed as the third option. The continental breakfast did not vary once in the three days we were there - one croissant, juice (not fresh) and tea or coffee.

During my stay I suffered from around a dozen insect bites. These caused substantial iritation with redness and swelling on my arms and face, lasting for several days (and which are still apparent after more than a week). I think the insect bites were not linked to the bed but but to the cloth wallcoverings, where I saw several insects.

This smallish and friendly hotel is ideally placed in a quiet square in Venice but within easy reach of St Mark's Square and a ferry stop on the Grand Canal. Also near to a gondola station and several good but moderately priced restaurants. The breakfast was very adequate and efficiently served. Our double room was quite a good size with a little internal lobby between the bedroom and the bathroom, which had simple, modern and adequate facitlities. The staff were extremely helpful with good English. I would definitely stay there again.

The best thing is that it is central and therefore near everything you need. I guess that's why its a bit more expensive than I would have expected. Friendly helpful staff. No internet facility.

Loved this hotel. The rooms are average but the location and the staff make up for that. The square that the hotel is located off of is bustling in the day time but nice and quiet in the evening and in the morning which makes it lovely to sit outside and enjoy Venice. Location wise, you are incredibly close to transportation and all the sites. Would highly recommend this hotel.

It was ok and probably what we expected of Venice. High prices for basic facilities. Breakfast was simple but filling. The position was great as it was close to most things without being in the middle of the crowds. Excellent proximity to the Giglio ferry station. I probably would look for something else next time though.

We stayed in Apartment A - Nice room, bathroom a bit small (only has shower) but nice. The room and Hotel was clean and Location was excellent. Good Price, Good People, Well recommended for the price.
