We asked for a non-smoking room, but we got a smoking room with the smell of smoke seeped into the carpet, the curtain, the bed covers...etc, etc. My companion was allergic to cigarettes, so I asked the front if they could change our room, but the man at the reception started getting angry at us for some reason (AND he didn't change our room)! We couldn't get a good night's sleep there, obviously. Thank god we only stayed there for one night!
