The new Tryp Oceanic 4, opened in September 2003, is in Valencia's most modern district, near the Oceanographic and the Art and Science Center. This modern hotel is spacious and tastefully decorated. You'll discover a pleasant setting and a wide range of facilities including a garden terrace and outdoor pool.
The hotel offers 197 guestrooms equipped with telephone, air conditioning, satellite television, minibar and safe. Hotel facilities include a work-out gym and sauna. The Tryp Oceanic is just 500 meters (550 yards) from Valencia's port and 2 km from the historical district, where you can visit the cathedral, the Torre de Santa Catalina, Pius V Museum and the Valencian Institute of Modern Art (IVAM). The El Carmen district is a great place to take in Valencian night life. The hotel is just 20 minutes from Manises Airport, and provides easy access to the Exhibition Center and Conference Center.

We used this hotel as a base for seeing the arts and sciences complex, which was very close, and also to get to the beach. The hotel staff helped us find the bus route that could take us to the beach and into the historic part of town. A mall was also close by for shopping and lots of food choices. We had an excellent stay, and the room was first rate.
