Very nice hotel in a great location just outside of Valencia. The only thing I would rate this hotel down on is its 5 star rating---the rooms are absolutely NOT of 5 star size or quality. There is a great shuttle bus service provided by the hotel that runs regularly to and from the city. This makes the hotel ideal for seeing Valencia and the beach as well as staying in a quiet location. The hotel also serves a lovely hot and cold buffet breakfast with great fresh coffee, orange juice and made to order omelets. Hotel staff were all friendly and accommodating. My favorite part was the proximity to the beach--the sound of waves lulls you to sleep at night.

A very nice exclusive hotel on EL Saler Beach. Not sure that it would qualify for five star status in terms of the rooms but the facilities were first-rate and the shuttle bus into Valencia a God-send. Breakfasts were very good and the staff at that time were extremely friendly. We would stay there again.

Dear Sir, On the 13th may 2007, my wife and myself arrived to your hotel at 14 P.M. The room was not prepared and we were obliged to wait for more than an hour. Thus, this afternoon we asked for getting a massage but was impossible to obtain this hotel service. Afterwards, we asked fot a towell in order to use to poll service but no one was there to serve us. Finally, twice in a day, the key room was damage. As incredible it may seem, we asked for an aspirine to the room service, but they were no more left. Looking forward to hearing from you, Mr. Carlos Cadahia.

The hotel is situated 12 kilometres from Valencia and 10 from El Albufera and thus offers a wide range of nearby excellent restaurants. The buffet breakfast in the hotel was extensive. Staff were very friendy and with the imminent completion of some new spa facilties, this is an excellent base to chill out but also near enough to the city for great nights out particularly as there is a free shuttle service for guests.

Nice, clean and friendly hotel. Free bus to Valencia centre every hour is very handy if you get bored with the beach or pool. Real shame there are no water sports any where along the beach. Pool bar a bit pricey and there are no local shops.

Rooms very dated.3 star standard rather than 5 star. Location nice as on beach .30 mins by free coach to Valencia. Don't go to neartest town Palmar.Not worth taxi fare for below average restaurants. Dinner in hotel dire! Reception Service very frosty to say the least.

Liked the location although 10 km outside of the city but the shuttle bus takes you almost every hour. Great food and the pool bar. Little too simple as for 5* but good pricing.

Comfortable room, and a great view from the balcony. There is an excellent, regular and free shuttle service into Valencia that runs until midnight. Would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Sidi Saler. The bus ride into Valencia was not an inconvenience at all. The bus runs all day long and was always right on time. The bus runs until midnight, not 1900 as shown in one ad. The staff was very efficient. The housekeeping personnel were excellent. They cleaned the room when it was best for the guests, even cleaning it late in day when we did not want to be disturbed. They watch for a time when you are out of the room. The telephone system was not the best, it was very hard to obtain an outside line. The hotel's computer for internet access was also very slow and hard to use. But, the resort is nice enough that you can forget about the outside world while you are there. The rooms don't all have a direct view of the beach, but we could see some water from our room. The breakfast buffet was excellent, make sure it is included with your room price.

Pros: friendly service, good food, quiet location, reasonably priced. Cons: aging hotel, lack of business facilities, tight outskirts, excessive morning flow within breakfast area for a 5*.

Fantastically empty beach in front of the hotel perimeter Excellent 20 min bus service into the city which is needed as it is very isolated Rather noisy at the moment as they are building near the pool (leisure club extension?)
