Just a small detail that is not described on the website: Underground excavations just outside the hotel: amazing noise from 8.am till late in the evening. The hotel is extremely old. Disgusting smell in the corridors and main hall. The walls of the bathroom were chipped.

The confirmation indicated wrong instruction to reach the hotel. We took a bus from the airport to the city but the driver and any other person we found on the way gave us instruction to reach the hotel. So we had to do a very long walk with all the lagguages!Suggestions: From the airport take a taxi (17,00 € for 4 persons an lagguages)or take the bus to the city. Then walk until the TownHall Place and take there the bus no. 35 that stops in front of the hotel.

The general experience in the hotel was fine but the bathroom was not accurately clean and the third bed in the triple room was not a third bed but a lower quality one. My daughter had to move to another bed to get sleep.

the hotel should need to change the carpet and some restoring related to the noisy coming from the street Anyway the good location near the Arts and Science site is very useful for visiting the Oceanografic and to reach also the old center.

Good quality hotel but a bit out of town, although it is walkable if you are interested in seeing the locla area. Good bus service into town from outside hotel. Good to be in a local neighbourhood away from tourist hoards.

I was very sorry for my stay at Hotel Husa Serrano. The photos published on the website are not real and they do not correspond to the reality of the building both inside and outside. The staff and services offeres are of very low quality. The staff was not kind and smiling. The room was not enough clean. They did not provide daily with enough bath foam and shampoo. There was not any dry hair in the room. It was not possible to have breakfast in the morning because the hall of the hotel stank. And actually I find that the prices are too high for the provided services. Best regards.

The rooms are clean, but the facilities (TV, air conditioner) sometimes don't work.The prices at the restaurant are low, but at the café are high.

The hotel largely measured up to expectations but there were disappointments. There was a strong sewer smell in the lobby area in the afternoons and early evenings. The dining area was good, but the posted hours did not match the actual service hours. There was no internet computer for use in the lobby or elsewhere. Most hotels have at least one because laptops are extra luggage to carry. Good Food. Front desk staff helpful for most part with some exceptions - helped locate lost luggage and were knowledgeable about bus routes. Overall good value - but do something about the sewer smell. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone only because of that. Could see Performing Arts Centre from balcony - easy walking distance to Science Centre etc.- you should promote that feature.
