Good value for money. Breakfast buffé was really fantastic!!Location was good, walkingdistance to historic center. Metro and buses just outside hotel. Hotel restaurant was ok, nice and friendly staff, we ate the Valencian paella which was tasty. Would recommend this hotel to other.

There is a big problem with the heating/air con. Customers on the higher floors are uncomfortably warm at all times. Even switching off the heating does not help. I was on the 9th floor and had 2 bad nights of sleep. I had to open the window, but the traffic noise is incessant.

Reception area quite welcoming but never enough staff on to cope with incoming and outgoing visitors. The rooms were very tired inside the wardrobe the wallpaper was coming of the wall, the drawer unit broken and the lighting in the bathroom was very sparse - all in all it needs a complete overhaul. A further point was the dining room for breakfast very large and accommodated a large number of people but, for example, only one toast machine which did not work properly, the coffee machines dispensed drinks which were not hot and the scrambled eggs had to be seen to be believed!! I suppose, to summarise, the hotel needs a complete overhaul and I would not stay there again.

fantastic breakfast having a child that is quite fussy, was well catered for. The reception desk were very helpful for any inquiry or directions. Close to all transport and for the more active within walking distance of most places. I would recommend this for both couples and families.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff who are always willing to help. My bidet was leaking the first night. I didn't report it, but it was nevertheless fixed by the time I came back from sightseeing the next day. The airline lost my luggage and the staff were extremely helpful with regard to making phone calls, sending faxes etc. I would highly recommend this hotel. You can easily walk to the historical centre and its value for money cannot be matched.

The price/quality ratio of the hotel is excellent. The staff at the reception desk is very helpful with all information needed. It is a highly recommended hotel. Definitely worth to be a 3 star hotel- or may be more!

We stayed in this hotel for the second time this year, in September with a 3 year old child. Expo is in a great position on the Metro (Turia) for access to old city, the beach and other attractions. it's a very friendly hotel. Restaurant is exceptional. Great breakfast. terrific value for money. We'll go again

Very good hotel with an outstanding offer for Breakfast. Traveled a lot and never had such choice at Breakfast. Hotel very close to Metro and Buses, as well as the most wonderful walk down the old river into the heart of the old city. Staff were all very helpful and all spoke good english. As far as value for money is concerned (£46approx per nite for a double) this was simply the best!

We've stayed 3 times at Expo this year, twice with a young grandson and once with friends. it's excellent value for money. Very good public transport links (metro and bus) with old city centre and with port and beach, and with the airport. Good bus connection to Ciutat of Arts and Sciences too. For walkers it's a bonus being right on the Turia. Also no more than 20 minutes walking to IVAM and city centre.Close to Bio Park too. Breakfast is spectacular and restaurant ok for evenings. Bar tends to be smokey and cramped but you can't have everything!

room: relatively spacious, a bit outdated, clean (but dirty windows), beds ok. room to the backside (shopping center) had some noice due to aircondition/heating/vent. bathroom: a bit outdated, but ok rooftop terrace and pool: supposedly very nice, but unfortunately it´s closed since end of october and not even accesible when asking to just take a photo). breakfast: large buffet with a lot of choice - didn´t like the eggs (tasted very artificial) and the bacon (hardly any meat), so quality is questionable service: people accesible, nice, friendly - we especially liked the fact that they prepared some food for us when we had to leave for the airport extremely early : Juice, some fruit, and rolls with cheese or salami. location: next to a big shopping center and the central bus station, and a metro-station is right in front of the door. walking to the old town is no problem at all. all in all, this is certainly a hotel we´d consider returning to.
