good location but hotel room was small dark and very noisy first time booked accommodation through your agency not very happy with room allocated was offered same price direct with hotel has your price i think we should have booked direct we might have beeb given a4star room and not the staff quarters stayed in better 2 star hotels

Over all it was a pleasant stay at the Astoria. The only concern is with some of the reception staff who did not seem to be too interested in their job, and when I enquired they had a roof top restaurant (which is indicated on their website), they lady on the day said that they did not have one, to which I asked if they ever had one, and she said that they actualy do, but it is only available for wedding parties etc, which was very confusing if not disappointing, as the it is located on the top (9th Floor) and would have provided a pleasant view of the city! Cleaning staff were very friendly and most accommodating as were foyer staff! The price for accommodation is worth the stay in this very confortable hotel. My only concern to others is that other staff members do not seem to like their jobs very much!

A fantastic hotel, very clean with large spacious bedrooms. Excelent breakfast however it is expensive at €13/17 per person. No tea making facilities in the bedroom but they do provide free still and sparkling water from the mini bar. They also provide a good range of basic toiletries with free slippers for the ladies and the use of bath robes. The hotels central location is great for exploringing this beautiful city. I would definately stay here again and can highly recomend it as a great place to stay.

I liked that the top sheet on the bed and the towel was changed on a daily basis. There was also a very good selection and quantity of food in the buffet breakfast. Waiting staff were abit slow pouring coffee so did end up helping myself on more than one occasion.

this is a lovely hotel and central to everything you need for a weekend in valencia.i would definately reccomend this to anyone looking for a hotel in the heart of valencia.

Extremely well located to the heart of Valencia but still quiet enough for there to be no noise from the street. Helpful and friendly staff - magnificent in finding us a great car hire deal as well as hints on enjoying the best of the city.
