The price-quality relationship at this hotel is very good. It's really a 4 star hotel. Very close to the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, but the taxi in Valencia are really cheap, (5 euro for the centre or the port where you can eat a really good Paella ) . Really recommended

Very comfortable hotel with an excellent service. the rooms are very clean. very interesting neighborhood, with shopping malls and modern architecture. the next metrostation is approx. 10minutes by foot, but taxis are not expensive. for people who could spend a few euros more, we can really recommend this hotel.

If I pay for a "double room" and the description and the photo shows one big bed, why when you arrive they give me 2 single beds?? Everything else was ok

Very impressed with the AC Hotel Valencia. Staff helpful & decor fresh. Downside - location & there was no bar on site (apart from the 1 hour complementary drinking area). Rooms were delightful, pristine. Beds comfortable, bathrooms clean, strong showers & deep baths, towels good size. Breakfast v good although complaint would be that popular items were not replenished. Free water & fruit on each floor excellent idea. Just have bar installed or extend happy hour.

Excelent hotel, we have stayed at other AC hotels in the past & this did not dissappoint although location wasn't the best for us we would have preferrred the Old Town.

I was refused food on both days I stayed in this hotel, after driving from Alicante Airport I hasn't eaten since about 6am, I asked for sandwiches, or anything! Sorry, we don't serve food between 12 and 8pm not even room service. There was a coffee area that's meant to serve free sandwiches, cold drinks and coffee, but all the food was gone. As I left the reception I saw 5 members of staff enjoying their lunch of sandwiches, a plate of cold meats and water melon. This happened twice!
