If travelling by vehicle do not expect porter service. Parking of car to unload bags is difficult as there is no where to park in this small one way street. There is no lift between garage and reception/rooms and accessing the garage to park is difficult.

good location The waterpiping is making a noise like the nigrafalls if sombody in the hotel is using water The breakfast is the most poorly I ever had in a hotel, only 1 slice of toast with a tin of butteer and a tin of jam complemented with chemical orange jus and even flopped coffee not a hotel to go back again

Location excellent but extremely difficult to locate. There's another hotel nearby with name Imperial also; made things confusing. Hotel posting should provide instructions/map helping lodger to find more easily--especially where to park car.

The staff was the best feature of the hotel. They were very friendly and helpful. I was surprised to br charged extra for piece of tostada and a glass of zumo when it was just continental breakfast

The hotel is new, clean, very central, has very helpful staff and is as central as you can wish for. Although the rooms have a basic standard, I highly recommend it.
