This is a small, but quaint hotel. Our room was rustic, but clean. Breakfast was average but more than sufficient. The only negative we found was the unpleasant smell in the lobby. Otherwise, the hotel offers good value right inside the walled city

We were unlucky enough to strike the room with the leaking roof but overall is was a pleasant hotel in a good location - with parking at a price. Would return.

Very Nice Hotel, a bit difficult to find but not impossible. The garage doors are difficult to access. I would stay there again.

third floor has no lift and there are no porters.so the customer should atleast be warned about this at the time of confirmation..rooms have no tea making facility(hotels with these rates always provide one)..breakfast should also consist of hot egg preparation.

The location is fantastic. The service is in general very good. However, we did have a reception clerk which for whatever information we seek, his answer is I don't know, no matter is about time of some common event like bull fighting, or what time the tourist office open, he did not try to look for the information for us either. Also, we have to pay for a local (Toledo) map which I never heard of. They could have a supply of maps from the Tourist office.

1. The door handle to the bathroom is sticking out dangerously and I bumped into it 4 times and have three very nasty painful blue signs on my right upper arm. 2. The walls between the rooms are very thin and the talking or the tv set from the next room was as if in our room

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. It is in a beautiful part of Toledo and you can easily explore the city on foot from the hotel. Staff very helpful. Although the hotel is in a very quiet part of town, the rooms are not totally soundproof and you are aware of the activities in the adjoining rooms. But it is not bothersome.
