Hotel is right in the heart of Thessaloniki near the waterfront and the shops. The bedroom was large and airy with very comfortable beds. Although the noise from the traffic was loud with the windows open. Breakfast was on the 1st floor in a pleasant room. The buffet style breakfast was delicious. One of the drawbacks in the breakfast room was the smoking as in Greece smoking is still allowed in restaurants and this can be offputing for those used to a total ban. Reception staff spoke excellent english and were very helpful.

I wasn't feeling well and the hotel went out of their way to find me medicine. We also had to catch a train early and the breakfast buffet staff let us pack containers of food to bring with us. Nice touch!

Good location in centre, on the main shopping street, near the waterfront and restaurants/cafes, and therefore good value. A lot of effort was put into the breakfast.

This hotel is a good value, and they seem as though they are trying to move up in quality, so grab them while the price is still reasonable.
