They advertise a can do approach but when I came with a suitcase filled with dirty laundry and a desparate need for getting it washed, they said no can do due to weekend, vacation etc. wait two days they said. I had to get difficult and demanding with a bit of screaming and shouting before a solution was found. For which they charged me 75 Euro! I was not happy at all!
