Marc Ruff mr

Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer

Marc Ruff brings 10 years of experience in the travel industry and Internet. As Vice President Europe for Expedia had the charge to develop the brand and the business of the leading online agency in different countries including France, Italy, Holland and Spain. He was also President of Anyway.com, the French travel website bought in October 2003 by the world leading e-tourism company Expedia. In 2001, he joined Expedia France as Managing Director with his double expertise of tourism and the Internet. He coordinated the development of Voyages-sncf.com within GL Expedia, the joint-venture between SNCF (French National railroad company) and Expedia. Marc Ruff graduated from ESCP (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris).

He started his career at Arthur Andersen in Paris. He joined Air France in 1995 as Marketing Manager for Germany and then Lufthansa in 1997 where he was in charge of the strategy for Southern and Western Europe; he became then Managing Director for Lufthansa in Spain. Marc Ruff is also an active member of the “Internet era”: in 2000, he founded I-deal, a company specialized in online auctions pricing solutions which was sold the same year to QXL.

Marc Pfohl mp

Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer

Ex marketing director of Expedia France, where he was in charge of the marketing strategy for the French market. Marc brings a unique expertise in travel online marketing, he started his career at Spray (2000), then Lycos, as online marketing manager. Then he headed the online marketing of Voyages-SNCF.com (2002) prior to joining Expedia in 2004

Marc Pfohl is passionate by online marketing from the early beginning . He is also the co writer of the book ”promouvoir son site web” Edition Dunod (promote your website).

He love’s trekking around the world and is passionate by diving…close to the sharks and dolphins.

Marc is 31 years old.


Fabien Bourdier fb

Co-founder and Chief Operations Officer

Ex Managing Director (Expedia France) Fabien Bourdier is graduated from the EM Lyon (Higher education institute of Management based in Lyon). He started his career in 1995 as Assistant to the Marketing and Sales Development Manager at Air France in Germany. In 1997 he joined Lufthansa in Paris as Marketing and Strategy Manager for Southern and Western Europe. In 1999, Fabien Bourdier co-founded I-deal with Marc Ruff, a company specialized in on line auctions pricing solutions, and sold it to QXL.com in March 2000. He ran the company until March 2001.Fabien joined Expedia France in March 2001 with a double expertise in the areas of tourism and the Internet. As Managing Director, he was involved in Expedia’s development on the French market and coordinated the partnership agreement between Expedia and the SNCF (French railroad company). Fabien has traveled extensively.

He enjoys getting off the beaten track with a backpack but also indulging in luxury travel of all descriptions.

Fabien is 36 years old.


Anja Keckeisen ak

Co-founder

Ex Vice President and Managing Director of Expedia Germany Anja joined Expedia in April 2000 with 10 years of travel industry experience at travel agencies and tour operators. Starting out with Euro Lloyd, she built her own travel business during her International Cultural and Business Studies at Passau. After graduation she worked for Thomas Cook as key account manager. Outside of the travel industry, Anja has significant experience in the technology and internet sector having worked for Microsoft for almost 3 years. In 2000 she joined Expedia as Operations Manager, being in charge of all customer services. In 2001 Anja became Managing Director and was in charge of developing the German Expedia business and brand almost from the beginning to the leading online travel agency in Germany.

Anja Keckeisen is 40, an avid traveler and very keen on outdoor activities.

She has one son.


Charles Gourlaouen cg

Chief Technical Officer

Ex project director at Brandalley.com, where he was in charge of the internet website for the French market. Charles brings a unique expertise in ebusiness and online travel, with a technical and management background (Telecom Paris engineering & ESSEC Information System Management) he started his career at Computer Associates (1997), where he gained significant experience in technology, then headed accorhotels.com as Web & Wireless Project Manager (1999). Then, coordinated development at voyages-sncf.com (2000), integrated Accor and Expedia within the voyages-sncf.com portal. He also designed the first train epackage webservices (including flight/train, hotel and car reservation) used by Expedia, Lastminute and Eurostar…
His initial involvement began in the hospitality side of the business. At age 21, he conducted the implementation study of Sofitel Royal Angkor in Cambodia.

Charles is 34 years old.


Steve STOLLERMAN sstollerman

VP North America

Originally from New York City Steve has spent half his life living between France and the States. He is our token “American in Paris”. In addition to his bi-cultural background Steve has spent the last 12 years working in the travel industry. First, for the elite, international Canadian company Butterfield & Robinson where he started in 1994 as a Trip Researcher, traveling the world planning exotic cycling expeditions. He then became Regional Director forging a strong alliance with some of the top hotels in the world. In 2001, Steve took his extensive field experience and entered the emerging world of on–––-line travel. He began as Producer for Expedia where he helped launch the site in France. In 2003, he was named Site Director overlooking ecommerce activity for ExpediaFR, Anyway.com as well as the joint venture with the SNCF.

Schooled both in Europe and in the United Sates, he graduated from Skidmore College with a BA and has completed business courses both at NYU and INSEAD. Steve is 43 and spends his time travelling between New York and Paris. He is an avid sportsman and shares his passion for travel with his wife and daughter.


David Chambat dc

VP Asia

David brings to TVtrip 10 years of experience in the travel industry, including more than 5 years in Asia-Pacific. He started his career in 1995 as marketing project manager for Air France in Germany. From there he moved to Singapore to manage the marketing of the French airline in South-East Asia, Australia and New Zealand. In 1998, he moved to Tokyo to head the customer service and the direct sales of the airline. He also started the e-business of Air France - the first foreign airline to have a booking engine in Japanese. In 2001 he was back in Europe to manage Air France’s distribution and on-line policy. In 2004, he moved to Amsterdam to lead the integration of Air France and KLM as General Manager for the Netherlands. In 2006 he returned to Singapore where he graduated from the INSEAD MBA Program.

David is 34. He enjoys living, working and traveling in Asia. He is passionate about the Asian culture and diversity. He is a keen runner and swimmer and the father of two children.


Annika Baum Lucienannika

VP Europe

Annika Baum graduated with a Degree in Business Administration and has been working for more than nine years in the travel industry. She held a variety of Management positions at Lufthansa, German Airlines. For six years she headed up the eBusiness & Online Sales division at Lufthansa in Spain and Portugal. One of her main responsibilities was to increase the direct sales share and build up the online travel portal distribution channel in both countries.

Annika completed a Masters programme at the Spanish Business School “Instituto de Empresa” and has an in-depth knowledge of the latest technologies and e-Business trends.

Annika loves travelling around the world, discovering new countries and cultures. In winter you will invariably find her holidaying in the Alps, where she enjoys skiing and snowboarding.
