the room with a view which we booked was on the second floor looking directly at the sign for the aquarium. when we complained we were told we would have to pay more to improve the view.no thank you. check our booking. hotel club.com does not come out of this very well.

Compared to the price I think the breakfast buffet is far below what hotels in Southeast Asia would provide even in much cheaper hotels. The morning newspaper was provided only 1 out of 3 days. Otherwise, the hotel staff was outstanding. Extremely friendly and helpful. They are amog the best in the hospitality sector!
