I felt unwelcome from the beginning. The desk clerk was cold and unhelpful. As a frequent traveler member I did not get any better treatment, unlike other hotels I have stayed in. The room was old and dirty with only three bath towels for two people. No spa bath as advertised on the marquee. The continental breakfast was regular coffee, hot water and packaged sweet rolls. I will never stay there again.
