Evening meal menu very limited. Hotel suited to the older traveller. Otherwise not bad.

They could not offer the room as we booked in the first night. No hot water supply due to water pipe line rebuilt, we have to take bad at another room, and it take a long walk to another room for bathing.

This hotel has seen many guests and could do with an upgrade - otherwise location fine.

We were allocated a suite which was separate from the hotel and was very spacious for the 2 of us. The deco was a bit dated but the room was clean. We had a terrace leading to the pool area which was very nice, though the terrace itself had not been cleaned for a while (but we were out of season - March). Breakfast adequate. Hotel staff friendly and very helpful. Would recommend this hotel for its location and reasonable price.

Attention should be drawn to the fact that the Hotel is up a fairly steep hill from downtown Cascias and all resort amenities. Pool area small in relation to Hotel size.

The Cidadela is a great hotel close to the beach and downtown. It was a bit hard to find initially but once found it is pretty easy to get back to. We would certainly stay there again.
