Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Italia Hotel. It certainly enhanced our Tuscan experience. On arrival was given a room without a view however on asking if we could change to one with a view we were given room 354 which was not only a good sized room but also had a large covered patio off the room. It had the most magnificent view. Breakfast was very good by Italian standards. Would highly recommend this Hotel.

The hotel was very clean, but there were some defects that irritated at the beginning:the mattress was slanting, the plug system of the washbasin was out of order and didn't let the water flow away. Because of the weekend nobody could help and the thing had to be repaired by me! The noise of the traffic disturbed in the daytime but fortunately not at night. Otherwise an average hotel.
