Very user friendly hotel; quiet and clean room; used the pool and workout facilities; good location, directions to reach hotel were easy to follow. Restaurant served great evening meal; included breakfast was bountiful and very good. Helpful and friendly staff. Would return.

Location not great, you absolutely need a car. Not easy to find. Service is far from a 4-star hotel. Just a place where to sleep and then leave early morning.

Lovely hotel in all respects. Clean friendly and staff were polite and helpful. Food was to a very good standard and really helped to enhance our stay. Hotel view were good and hotel area quiet. Only downside, TV noise and guest could be heard in other rooms which was the only detraction from stay. Very likely to stay again, well recommended.

Location needs car as public transport is bad to Siena - last bus back 8 35 PM. Free internet at WiFi point, new premises. Nice breakfast and English speaking staff. Will go there again.

This is a nice and clean hotel convenient for people with a car. The bad points about this hotel are that you are easily disturbed by noise from the neighbouring rooms and English TV stations such as BBC World dont' seem to be part of the service in this hotel. Staff are friendly enough but speak only Italian.

the only drawback to this hotel was its locsation for travelers using public transport. we managed to get a local bus from siena to the hotel on arrival but opted for the easier taxi ride back to town on departure. excellent staff and a nice modern hotel, but could do with some soft furnishings in the bar area to soften the noise of voices bouncing off the hard surfaces

Could be an excellent hotel with swimming pool if there only would be more than 6 bed-chairs at the pool for at least 150 guests ?

We were treated superbly by the staff at Montaperti. They could not have been nicer. We visited in their first week of operation and the manager and his colleagues went beyond expectation. I will definitely return.
